Peanut Butter & White Chocolate… You Can’t Go Wrong!

An easy party snack I just read over at Park Avenue by Stacie…

Bugle Party Hats

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 6 cups Bugles original flavor snacks
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips

Fill plastic sandwich bag with peanut butter.
Cut small hole in corner of bag.
Twist open end of bag tight and carefully pipe the peanut butter into the Bugles.
Refrigerate and allow peanut butter to firm up.In a microwave safe bowl, melt candy coating at 70% power for 1 1/ 2 minutes. Stir.
Heat 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer or until melted; stir until smooth. Dip the peanut butter filled end of each Bugle halfway into the chocolate coating.
Dip in any type of sprinkles desired.

  • This one reminds me of my favorite…

Ritz Crackers… you make PB sandwiches with them and then dip them in white chocolate. Then you can dip half of the cracker in sprinkles.

    YUM!

Of course these two easy party snacks can be for ANY occasion or holiday because you can dip them in any color sprinkle you want!

Just thought I would share & give Stacie a little shout out Smile

Here is another little shout out… this is from Peekababy

Laaaazy Baked Pancake serves 4, can be doubled

    • 3-4 Tbsp butter, melted
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 2 large eggs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Use the butter to grease an 8in square baking pan.

Whisk together all other ingredients, and pour into pan.

Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden, puffy and basically awesome looking.

Rush to the table and serve, cut into pieces (OR cut a couple of pieces to cool off in the fridge for your little ones :)

Serve with syrup, jam or cut up fruit.

    Easy, no?
